Education:

2003 – BSc in Environmental Sciences at Vytautas Magnus University;
2008 – MSc in Public Health at Kaunas University of Medicine.

Lina Sakalauskaitė has been working in the field of environmental protection since 2007. During the period of 2003-2005 MSc Sakalauskaitė has worked as a specialist of health ecology at Kaunas Public Health Centre Raseiniai branch, later since 2005 to 2007 – at Kaunas Public Health Centre. MSc Sakalauskaitė took part in preparing and implementing healthy lifestyle and noncommunicable diseases prevention projects for children and adults. In 2002 has worked as volunteer youth leader in the children’s summertime camp of education and cultural collaboration.

The main areas of competence: public health impact assessment, environmental impact assessment, IPPC permits.
